Less Mess, Less Stress


This year 2025 , I took a resolution to resume my reading habit and target atleast 10-12 books before end of this year ! Here is book #1 - "Less Mess" , Less Stress - A Book on #Minmalism 

Like many of us, I do struggle a lot with having multiple things of same types - multiple emails, many social media profiles, phones, tech gadgets, ideas, ventures, thoughts, acquaintances, dress, social engagements, social commitments, volunteering commitments, so on and so forth..

And If I really look into how much time I spend on all these or how much I contribute towards these, its just not very consistent and very sporadic and not able to focus well on the few goods things rather on jumping from one to another. Trying to balance multiple things in the current scenario is not easy. I have now realised the pain of managing multiple things and hence trying to declutter myself, my thoughts and physical things. 

This Book by Zoe Mckey is a very light read and simple book to follow and adapt the concept of Minimalism on every day of life be it activities we do, people we meet, accounts we manage, dresses we buy. Focus on the few and execute them well and be at peace. Ofcourse This is not a overnight deal but a life long journey!!
