Just a quick post on Why many great ideas do not turn into ventures. During the last few years been discussing with many of my friends on new ventures. We have had quite many coffee table discussions, powerpoints, market studies but in the end nothing happened. just contemplating here why none of the ideas every got executed.
1. Excessive Planning and Overthinking:
Action often gets delayed when people chase perfection or overanalyze. It’s crucial to balance planning with execution. Start small, test, learn, and iterate.2. Poor Execution of Great Ideas:
An idea is only as good as its execution. Building a strong team, staying focused, and maintaining discipline in execution are essential to translate vision into reality.
3. Ineffective Sales Strategy:
Even the best products need a robust go-to-market strategy. Understanding customer needs, positioning the product effectively, and consistently delivering value are key.

Ideas don't matter if you can't start or execute
Products don't matter if you can't sell or market!!
